Curiosities:
In this season, Levnikov was the referee of Lokomotiv - Rostov (2:1).
___________________________________________________________________

In the second-last game in 2014, Lokomotiv is going to face Ural at Cherkizovo. Due the cold in Moscow, the society has organized a nice initiative to approach with fans: during the game, there will be free tea and 'grechka' (buckwheat) with meat. In the derby v Spartak, there were only about 13.000 spectators in the stadium and so the society decided in favor of supporters.

The reserves of Loko lost against Ural (1:2) and got their 5th match in a row without a victory. In the Ural team there were Berger and Dorozhkin, who will probably miss the game at Lokomotiv Stadium. Novikov is injured and will be changed by Argentinian Fontanello. Lungu, instead, is in doubt.

Ural and Loko are going to face for the first time in the season. Coach Tarkhanov, in particular, has analyzed the victory of 'Railroaders' against Spartak in a recent interview: "Lokomotiv has simply destroyed Spartak in the second half thanks to strong individual players such as Boussoufa and Fernandes, who controlled the game in the center of the pitch. They also have a very strong defense. We have to demonstrate our organization and take advantages from the sides."

In the last turn, Ural has won a crucial game against Arsenal in Tula (1:2), the goals were scored by two important players for Tarkhanov: right back Khozin and forward Smolov. Both probably will start tomorrow. Nurov and Podberyozkin, two former Loko talents, instead, should start from the bench.

On the other end, Lokomotiv is going to recover Denisov after the disqualification. Yanbaev, instead, will miss about 10 days - 1 month after the ankle injury suffered in the derby v Spartak. Bozovic should confirm the formation that defeated 'Myaso'. The only player in doubt is Corluka: some Russian sites have written that he's disqualified.
