Lokomotiv drew against Dinamo in the third round of Russian Premier League.
The first Sunday in August was characterized by many events. Today it's the Railroad Day, the return to Cherkizovo and the inauguration of a commemorative plaque for the victory in the 2015 Russian Cup. As a consequence, it was a funny day where many Loko's fans came to the Stadium with green shirts and scarfs, supporting their favorite team. The weather was good and therefore even the mood.
#ТолькоЛоко Спасибо за красивую поддержку!
Regarding the match, it started on quite high levels despite both teams wanted to be wary. The Lokomotiv's attacks were mainly organized by Skuletic and Kasaev, but the Dinamo's defense was accurate. The 'Cops' answered with Valbuena and Zhirkov, but Guilherme was able to stop their shots. However, the Brazilian goalkeeper couldn't have done nothing a few minutes later, when Morozov scored the 0:1.
During the break, the 2004 Lokomotiv team celebrated the victory of Lokobol 2015 at Lokomotiv Stadium. The trophy was won this morning against Greek side PAOK.
In the second half, Lokomotiv scored the 1:1 after 60 mins with Corluka on a Samedov's assist. After the goal, 'Railroaders' tried to win the Derby, but neither Aleksey Miranchuk neither Maicon were accurate. Dinamo, instead, wanted to take advantage by counterattacks.
However, the results didn't change before the final whistle. The Moscow Derby finished with a draw.
