Vladimir Yakunin leaves the role of President of the Russian Railways.
A source close to the situation told to gazeta.ru that Yakunin decided to leave the RZD in order to be given the role of Senator in the Oblast' of Kaliningrad.
The same Yakunin confirmed his decision today. The elections for the Kaliningrad Oblast' were set on September 13rd 2015. As a consequence, on 14 September has been planned a reunion in the Russian Railways to finalize his departure.
In this moment, many names have been accosted to take the Yakunin's place. One of them is Aleksey Miller, the President of Gazprom and a well-know Zenit's fan.
