Lokomotiv and Krasnodar arrive to the first match of the season with a different physical preparation. 'Railroaders' played no match before this, while Krasnodar have already played 3 matches of Europa League.
The game starts hard. Tarasov returns to play after the winter of 2013 and immediately comes back to fight in the midfield. The first chance is for Maicon, who tries a kick that doesn't surprise Dikan. The answer arrives soon, with Wanderson that arrives easily in area, but captain Guilherme parries his ball. Although N'Doye starts being dangerous, 'Byki' create two good opportunities, well stopped by Guilherme, again, and Durica.
The fighting continue in the field thanks also to Maicon, who recovers a ball and runs 1 v 1 with Dikan, who saves the situation as Neuer. A minute later, Lapochkin cancels a irregular goal of Durica.
At the end of the first 45', Loko are dangerous again with the two novices, Fernandes and Pejcinovic. The first crosses a beatiful ball, the latter hits it, but Dikan is careful.
Although in the second half, Ari enters in the pitch for Pomerko, Loko continue to create chances: Tarasov invents a fantastic ball for Yanbaev, who doesn't reach to hit it. Tarasov tries also a powerful kick, but Dikan is insuperable. A few minutes later, Denisov makes a great cross for N'Doye, who with the head exalts Dikan. Loko continues attacking and Kuchuk tries also Pavlyuchenko and Miranchuk plus Tigorev. It's not enough, the super organized defense of Krasnodar keeps the 0-0 until the end.
